💸 How to Get 0% Booking Fee

When you’re on the Pro plan, your booking fees decrease once you cross $5,000 in completed stays:

Before $5K threshold:

• 5% on direct bookings

• 5% on Google VR bookings

• 9% on referred bookings (e.g., Dtravel Metasearch, Collectives, Directo, partners)

After $5K threshold:

• 0% on direct bookings

• 0% on Google VR bookings

• 9% on referred bookings

More Details

• Reservation totals are counted toward the threshold within 24 hours of the check-in date.

  • Example: If a guest books a 30-day stay on July 17 for $2,000 with check-in on Sept 8, the $2,000 will count toward your threshold by Sept 9.

• Once you hit $5K in reservations, all future bookings on Pro automatically receive the reduced fees. This threshold is lifetime not monthly.

• This discounted rate continues as long as you remain on the Pro plan.

• It only resets if you downgrade back to the Starter plan.

• Upgrade again later? You’ll start back at $0.

💡 Important Notes

• Direct/organic bookings = Direct traffic, guest inquiries, or manually created reservations

• Referred bookings = Traffic from Collectives, affiliates, or partner sites

• The Pro tier is billed monthly. You can downgrade at any time — you’ll retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing cycle.
